50k miles? Really? You seriously think it’s thrashed?
I’d be more scared of the
non-thrashed ones” in that case. THis thing averaged 10k miles a year and was probably driven by someone who enjoyed the car and made sure the oil got changed and the inspections got done because they loved the car.
I put 50k+ miles on my 2014 FiST and have competed in dozens of track days and autocrosses. Mine is “thrashed”. And even then, I replace the wear items frequently and have done some light mods but avoided the “let’s see how much power I can make and how loud the exhaust can be” route.

The wonky panel gaps at the front don’t mean good things.

You would be correct. The AutoCheck shows it was involved in a front-end collision. Definitely stay away from that one unless you’re super handy with bodywork, or have a friend who is and will hook you up.

FiST owners represent :)
But I actually do tbh. Ive done the buy an enthusiast luxury car (or near lux in this case) and unless the owner was of an older middle age dad ilk they all have the necessities only maintenance mantra.
And judging by the insanity panel gap on this thing I’d assume it’s a front end collision kind of deal.
EDIT: looks like it indeed was a front end collision. So yeah thrashed.

Im not overly concerned about the wonkyness, but its whats underneath. I looked at a fiesta with evidence it had been repaired, checked that chassis legs and one had been lopped off and had one off a junk car welded on. Not what youd call safe...

Very true. I meant to include frame work as well in my comment but forgot. Thanks for catching that!
